Coldwater Solar has submitted its special use permit and site plan applications to Coldwater and Ovid Townships. Upon review and a determination that the applications are complete, the planning commission in each township will schedule a public hearing regarding the application. The application will then be considered by the planning commission for a recommendation before being advanced to the township board for final approval.
